1. Processing Time
We need 1-2 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) to get your order ready to ship. This means we're checking everything, packing it up nice and safe.
Once it's on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time
We ship to dozens of countries, including China, the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Delivery times below start counting from the day we ship your order (not from the day you order). Here’s our best estimate:
Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Shipping: 7-20 business days
Heads up: These are just estimates, not promises. Sometimes things like busy seasons, bad weather, or customs can cause delays.
3. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on what you order and where it's going.
Score Free Shipping: Orders over $50 get free domestic shipping!
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking link and number. Click it to see where your package is in real time.
5. Address & Order Changes
Please, please double-check your shipping address! We can't be responsible if a package goes to the wrong address you provided.
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us RIGHT AWAY at 15622924197@163.com We'll try our best if it hasn't shipped yet, but once it's out, we can't make changes.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package gets lost in the mail or shows up totally wrecked, you must contact us within 7 days of getting it. Send us some pictures too, so we can help you file a claim with the shipping company or work out a reshipment/refund.
Important for International Friends: For orders outside our main shipping country, you're responsible for any extra charges like customs duties, taxes, or fees. We have no control over that, sorry!
