Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are refillable lighters and are subject to carrier and dangerous-goods restrictions, we do not offer an additional voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return program. We accept returns or provide another remedy when required by the law that applies to the customer, and for verified defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders.
Before requesting a return
Contact us through the Contact Information page before sending anything back. Include your order number and, for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, clear photos or a short video. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Important lighter safety
All lighters are shipped without butane fuel. Never mail or courier a lighter that contains butane or any other fuel. If an item has been filled, used, or cannot legally be returned by the available carrier, do not send it. Contact us first. After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another lawful solution without requiring a physical return.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days, if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. This reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. When a return is required for a verified seller error or defect, we will cover the authorized return cost where required by law.
Change-of-mind returns
Except where applicable law gives the customer a mandatory withdrawal or cancellation right, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Where the law permits us to require the customer to pay return shipping, the customer is responsible for that cost. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, and other charges are refunded only to the extent required by applicable law.
Destination-specific statutory rights
Brazil: Eligible online purchases may be cancelled within 7 days as provided by applicable Brazilian consumer law, with the refund and return costs handled as required by that law.
European Union / EEA and United Kingdom: Eligible consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery. Where permitted and disclosed, the customer pays the authorized return shipping cost. We refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery charge as required by law.
Mexico: Eligible consumers may revoke qualifying distance purchases within 5 business days as provided by applicable law. Return freight and insurance may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Customers in other destinations retain any mandatory rights provided by the laws that apply to their purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Condition of returned goods
Where a physical return is legally and safely possible, the item must be returned only after authorization, without fuel, and with all parts and original packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce a refund for use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, but only where permitted by law. Sale items are not excluded from mandatory consumer rights.
Order cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing the request and any authorized return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
